The Quality Improvement Supervisor is responsible to perform performance improvement activities under the direction of the Director of Quality Management, with central and local site leadership, as directed and guided by the medical leadership of the organization, patient safety needs, and quality of care standards set by regulatory bodies and payers. The Quality Improvement Supervisor will participate in data collection, analysis, and submission and presentation of quality initiatives; collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other patient caregivers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrates leadership abilities, ability to work under stressful situations. Possess good oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates interpersonal relationship in a manner that enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution, and facilitates staff development.
- Three years previous experience in Quality Management
- Previous experience leading a regulatory/accreditation survey preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or science field required, Masters preferred.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality Preferred
Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CMC Roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CMC in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Pay: $38.36 – $47.95 per hour
